Over the years, Mr. Maccarone has zealously represented clients from all walks-of-life.  He was the first attorney in New Jersey to successfully challenge the State Police's use of new technology which would have created a presumption of guilt based solely on the readings of a machine.  As a result, he was featured in a national magazine. He also successfully represented a group of citizens whose homes were threatened to be taken away by the local government so that a motel could be built on the site.  He has represented numerous employees in labor discrimination and harassment cases, as well as Unions - including the Teamsters and various Public Employee Associations - in contract negotiations and grievances before both the NLRB and PERC.

His real estate practice has flourished due to the confidence local realtors have had in his abilities to represent their clients.

And, in his family law practice, he has represented both victims and those accused of domestic violence, parents charged by DYFS, and numerous clients seeking divorce.
